Management Innovation and Planning at Mayo Clinic, where he oversees strategic initiatives as well as leads operations for Inspirity Health Partners (a supply chain improvement company).  With more than 30 years of experience across various industries, Mr. Dudas has led transformative projects, including the development of enterprise automation, strategic analytics, and AI programs.
